Made between 1921 and 1925 at Crown Pottery (a subsidiary of Wood & Sons) at Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
This bright and cheerful octagonal teapot and under plate features a tube-lined pattern, a new technique in decorating pottery during the time period.
Condition: Good. Some discolouration under spout not visible unless upside down! No chips, cracks or crazing.
Dimensions:Teapot - 3" diameter at octagonal base. Tip of spout to handle 8 1/4"
Underplate - 8 1/2" diameter
Weight - 894 grams
