La Belle Corn Finger Lamp

This small antique pressed glass Corn pattern finger oil lamp was made in the 1870's by the La Belle Glass Company in Bridgeport, Ohio. 

The collar is engraved with the numbers "400 832 648". The wick control button marked is marked "Pat Nov 26 72" and "Pat Feb 11 73".  The underside of the glass base is embossed "Pat'D Feb.11,1873

Condition: Good used. There is some light wear to the underside of the base which is not visible when upright, a light scratch near the handle, and a possible mend to a crack at the top the handle's underside.  Please see photos for details.
