Large Findlay Six Panel Pedestal Oil Lamp
A substantial pressed glass pedestal oil lamp made in the 1890's by The Dalzell, Gilmore, and Leighton Company in Findlay, Ohio.
This model is a Six Panel Finecut #2 Lamp with an amber stain on sections of the side panel and top of the fount.
The fount is made from three sections of pressed glass, and small bubbles and inclusions from the manufacturing process are visible.
The lamp has an Eagle burner with the wick control button marked "P&O Mfg Co" "Waterbury, Conn", and "Made in USA".
Condition: Good used. The base of the Eagle burner is bent. There is a small chip on the inside edge of the base, and several flea bites at the top of the pedestal under the fount. Please see photos for details.
