Do you offer returns?  We accept returns within two weeks of delivery receipt. Please email us at info@summerhillcuriosities.com for more information or to start the return process.

The cost of return shipping is at the buyers expense. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold in.

Once we've received your returned items, a refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Where do you ship to?  Currently we ship within Canada (all items) and Australia (selected items). 

Do you ship to P.O. (post office) boxes? The only shipping option for P.O. boxes is by mail which may not be possible, depending on the size, weight, and fragility of the items you're interested in.  Contact us for more information.

Will you ship to other countries?  We'd be happy to give you a quote for shipping to other locations. Please email us at info@summerhillcuriosities.com and let us know what city and country you're in and the item you'd like to purchase and we'll look into options for you.  Duties and customs costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Where are you located? Where is the local pick up?  We are located at Yonge and Eglinton in midtown Toronto. If you'd like to pick up items directly from us to save on shipping costs, choose "Pick up" as the delivery option during check out, and email us at info@summerhillcuriosities.com to arrange a time/date.

What if I need an item quickly?  We can rush ship to most locations.  Email us at info@summerhillcuriosities.com for expedited shipping costs and possibilities before you place your order. Alternatively, if you are located in Toronto, choose "Pick up" as the delivery option during check out and email us to set up a fast turnaround pick up time.

I have questions about a specific item in your store. How can I find out more?  If you have any questions about any of the items in our store, we'd be happy to answer them and/or send you additional photos or information.  Email us at info@summerhillcuriosities.com.

Can you gift wrap my items?  Gift wrapping is available at an additional cost. Please email us for pricing and possibilities.
