Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Refunds - We accept refunds within two weeks of delivery receipt.  Please email us at info@summerhillcuriosities.com for more information or to start the return process.  Return shipping is at the buyers expense.  Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold in.  

Shipping - Currently we ship only within Canada.  Please note that we cannot ship by courier to P.O. boxes.  The only shipping option for P.O. boxes is by mail which may not be possible, depending on the size, weight, and fragility of the items you're interested in.  Contact us for more information.

Location - We are located at Yonge and Eglinton in midtown Toronto. If you'd like to pick up items directly from us to save on shipping costs, choose "Pick up" as the delivery option during check out, and email us at info@summerhillcuriosities.com to arrange a time/date.

Rush orders - We can rush ship to most locations.  Email us at info@summerhillcuriosities.com for expedited shipping costs and possibilities.

Gift wrapping - Gift wrapping is available at an additional cost.  Please email us for pricing and possibilities.
