I.P. Frink NY Clear Glass Oil Fount for Library/Hanging Lamp

This antique I.P. Frink clear glass lamp was designed to be removed from a hanging light fixture! 

Banner burner. The wick control button is labelled "P&A Mfg Co, Waterbury, Conn".  The brass filler cap has no markings.

Condition:  Good used.  Circular depression wear on base of the fount where it rested on its fixture.  See photos.
