Satin Green Glass and Brass Oil Lamp with Gold & Pink Floral Accents

A beautiful glass and brass oil lamp, made in Germany in the later half of the 19th century.  The green satin fount is hand painted with a gold and pink floral design, and sits atop an ornate heavy brass stem and base.

It has a Kosmos Burner, which rolls a flat wick up into a round burner. Wick control knob marked "Kosmos Brenner".  The bottom of the lamp is stamped with "1679".  

Condition: Good used. Wear to gold floral detail on fount.  Wick control stem bent. See photos.
